Recent data clearly shows that the middle market remains a vital segment of the U.S. economy and primary driver of job growth and sales nationwide. Pennsylvania itself has over 6,600 middle-market firms, representing 2.2 million jobs and 285 billion in sales.

Of that, GrowthEconomy.org data shows that PE-backed middle-market companies grew jobs 31 percent and sales a whopping 70.2 percent compared to just 19 percent and 21 percent for all business, respectively.

Our impressive lineup of policy and private equity experts discuss the positive impact of private equity and how we are using that critical data to inform key legislative and regulatory policies impacting the vibrancy of the middle-market.
