Overview

Body
Before our April breakfast, we will begin with our 'buyer's spotlight' will featuring Andrew Panzo, General Partner, NewSpring Capital.

In 2015, availability of capital continues to drive sale prices up and more and more businesses and private equity firms are considering the idea of transitioning their business in some manner or another. The panel will have representatives who can speak about taking your company public, buying or selling a company from both the PE and CEO perspective; and engaging in an ESOP.

Each method has advantages and challenges and our panel will look to explore as many as possible.

Michael Bailey, Partner, Argosy Capital
Mike Hagan, Managing Partner, Hawk Capital Partners
Jim Higgins, Managing Director, Pilot Hill Advisors
David Earling, Managing Director, Solebury Capital
Moderator: Patrick Hanraty, Managing Director, Harris Williams & Co.

After the panel discussion, the 2015 ACG Cup Winner will be announced. The ACG Philadelphia Cup brings together local MBA and MS Finance students in a head-to-head investment banking/M&A case competition. The competition is carried out through a series of intra-school competitions, with the top team from each school competing to win the grand prize in "ACG Philadelphia Cup" Finals.
