2013 M&A East PE Marketplace

Dealmakers from around the country converge for M&A East's annual Private Equity (PE) Marketplace featuring exhibits from 90+ PE firms representing more than $125 billion in capital under management.

New in 2013:

The Private Equity Marketplace takes place on Tuesday, October 8th from 5.30 - 7.30 pm as part of the must-attend Grand Welcome Reception. Dealmakers can expand their network and deal flow while socializing over cocktails, all in the historic Train Shed of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Unlike in previous years, where the Marketplace was on the second day of the Conference, this year there will be no Marketplace hours on Wednesday
DealSource takes places over two days, expanding the number of meetings, while reducing meeting fatigue. PEs meet one-on-one with investment banks and LPs (if desired). DealSource is held:
- Tuesday October 8th (mid-day, exact timing to be determined)
- Wedneday Ocotber 9th (morning, exact timing to be determined)

A few highlights:

PE firms may register an additional attendee at no extra charge, such as your IR person or MD in charge of fundraising, to participate exclusively in and attend the LP DealSource meetings on Tuesday October 8. (Please note this third registration does not include full conference)

PE Exhibitors receive 2 tickets to the Conference and 2 tickets to the PE Dinner held at The Union League.

The PE Marketplace and DealSource are oversubscribed every year with a significant waitlist. Preference for Marketplace participation will be given to groups with committed funds toward equity.
