Gold Sponsor Tables are located in Ballroom Pre-function. Booths are 8’ x 30” and will be skirted, though we do not provide signage.
Diamond & Platinum Tables are located in Ballroom A. Booths 8’ x 30” and will be skirted, though we do not provide signage.
Private Equity Marketplace Tables are located in Ballroom A. Booths 6’ x 30” skirted, signage is provided.
Tables may be set after 4:00 pm on Tuesday, October 13 or before 8:00 am on Wednesday, October 14.
Materials not cleared by 3:00 pm on October 14 will be discarded.
We will have a guard on duty to watch over anything set up the night before, though we recommend high value items, i.e. laptops etc., be brought the day of the event.
If you require electric, email jsimons@acg.org and we will place you near an outlet. We strongly recommend you bring your own extension cord. If you require more than electric (i.e. internet access, laptop, phone line) you MUST go through the Convention Center. Call 215-418-4744. Discount of 20% if ordered by Sept 22^nd.

Shipping Materials

You have two options for bringing in materials.

1. You may walk in your materials and/or boxes by parking your car on the apron of 12^th Street between Arch and Race Streets. Put on your blinkers and enter the 12th & Arch Street doors on the east side, follow the signs to M&A East at the Grand Ballroom level.

2. Materials and items for your table/exhibit booth may be shipped to our freight forwarder for receipt by Friday, October 9, 2009. This is a firm deadline. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Participants should ensure their packages for their full value.

Return Shipping

Please bring your shipping labels with YOUR ACCOUNT number printed on them and place your sealed and labeled boxes on top of your table by 3:00 pm on October 14th and our freight forwarder will get them to the correct shipping company for the return.
