Charles R. Gordon - President and COO at The Heckmann Corporation
Mr. Gordon serves as our President and Chief Operating Officer. As President and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Gordon is responsible for the operations of the company and carrying out our growth and acquisition strategy. Mr. Gordon has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Water Technologies, a global business unit of Siemens AG. Siemens Water Technologies is a world leader in products, systems and services for water and wastewater treatment for industrial, institutional and municipal customers. Previously, Mr. Gordon served as Executive Vice President of the Siemens Water & Wastewater Systems Group from 2005 to 2007 and as Executive Vice President of the USFilter Water & Wastewater Services and Products Group from 1999 to 2005. Siemens acquired the USFilter Water and Wastewater business from Veolia in 2004. Prior to 1999, Mr. Gordon’s experience included various executive positions with USFilter Corporation during the company’s high growth years. Mr. Gordon also is a member of the Board of Directors of Insituform Technologies. Mr. Gordon received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and his MBA from the Babcock School of Wake Forest University.

Andrew W. Rice - Senior Vice President of International Business at The Jordan Company
Andrew Rice is Senior Vice President of International Business at The Jordan Company ("TJC"), a leading global middle-market private equity firm with $6 billion in assets under management. Mr. Rice joined TJC in 1989 and has held numerous strategy, international business development and investment positions.
Mr. Rice travels extensively assisting Jordan companies expand overseas. Since 1990, he has helped coordinate over 45 acquisitions, joint ventures and wholly-owned start-up operations in China, Russia, Czech Republic, India, Malaysia, Spain, England, Israel, Mexico, Brazil and other countries. Mr. Rice is currently focused on China and has travelled to China 10-12 times per year the past 10 years. Prior to joining TJC, Mr. Rice held various corporate development, strategy and marketing positions at Ameritech, IC Industries, and The Pillsbury Company.
Mr. Rice earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Administration (a joint engineering and MBA program), both from New Mexico State University. In 1978, Mr. Rice was named The Outstanding Industrial Engineering Student in the U.S. by the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He also completed one year of graduate studies in international economics at the University of Melbourne, Australia, where he studied as a Rotary Foundation Graduate Fellow.
Mr. Rice is a 2011 recipient of the M&A Advisor International M&A Leadership Award. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG Global). Mr. Rice is also on the board of the US-China Chamber of Commerce, ACG Chicago and several community service organizations. Formerly, he was on the board of the Illinois Finance Authority and the Washington, D.C. based Small Business Exporters Association. Mr. Rice is also a member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago, the International Trade Association of Greater Chicago, and the American Chamber of Commerce-China (Beijing).

James E. Glassman - Managing Director & Head Economist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Commercial Bank
Mr. James E. Glassman is a Managing Director with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and is the Head economist for the Commercial Bank. He works closely with the firm’s chief investment officer, commercial banking, investment banking, and government relations groups. He publishes independent research on the principal forces shaping the economy and financial markets. Mr. Glassman’s views are widely cited in the financial media, where he is a frequent commentator on economic policy issues.
From 1979 through 1988, Mr. Glassman served in a number of areas in the Research and Statistics and Monetary Affairs divisions at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington D.C. He joined the JPMorgan Chase & Co. family in 1988.
Mr. Glassman earned a bachelors degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Subsequently, he was awarded a Ph.D. in economics from Northwestern University.

Bill Flanagan - Executive VP of Corporate Relations for the Allegheny Conference on Community Development
A popular broadcast host, moderator, public speaker, Bill Flanagan brings almost 30 years of experience telling the story of Pittsburgh’s transformation to his position as Executive Vice President—Corporate Relations for the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and its affiliated regional development organizations: The Pennsylvania Economy League of Southwestern Pennsylvania LLC, the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance and the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.
Bill supervises Investor Relations activities for the Conference and Affiliates, including fundraising, membership services and educational programming. He oversees organizational communications. In this role, Bill also hosts "Our Region’s Business" on WPXI-TV, WJAC-TV, WTOV-TV and the Pittsburgh Cable News Channel (PCNC), a program the Conference produces in partnership with WPXI-TV.
As President of The Pittsburgh G-20 Partnership in 2009, Bill helped to organize the public/private partnership of organizations from across southwestern Pennsylvania that came together to welcome the world for the Pittsburgh Summit.
As Executive Director of Pittsburgh 250, the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the naming of Pittsburgh in 2008, Bill supervised a multi-year, 14-county initiative that included signature projects and events, along with grassroots initiatives planned by a 200 member commission and involving more than 300 partners and supporters.
Prior to joining the Conference in September 2001, Bill had covered the economy of southwestern Pennsylvania almost 20-years, much of it as Money Editor of KDKA-TV, where he was Pittsburgh’s only broadcast reporter devoted exclusively to business and personal finance, and where he hosted "The Sunday Business Page." Bill came to the region in 1982 as a general assignment reporter for the television station. He has written about personal finance for The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and KDKA-AM.
A graduate of Northwestern University (B.S. Speech), Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a native of Dover, Delaware.
Bill and his wife, Ann Devlin Flanagan, have two children, Mara and Will.

Nada Jain - Managing Director at Golden Seeds
Nada Jain, PHD, is an investor in early stage companies, and an intellectual property lawyer, practicing in the technical fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering, agriculture and food. Nada practiced in several prestigious law firms prior to founding her own firm in 2002. She earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York in 1996, and clerked for Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Previously she had a successful career in the sciences. She was a faculty member in the Department of Plant Genetics and Breeding, School of Agricultural Engineering, University of Belgrade (1984-1987). She holds the following technical degrees and training: B.S. Agricultural Engineering (1982), Belgrade University, Yugoslavia; M.S. Genetics and Plant Breeding, Belgrade University, Yugoslavia (1986); Ph.D. Plant Science and Technology (emphasis on Molecular Biology), Rutgers University, New Jersey (1991); and Post Doctoral Fellowship, Cell Biology and Immunology, Department of Immunology, Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York (1990-1993). Nada has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors.

Mike McQueeney - Managing Partner at Summer Street Capital Partners
One of Summer Street Capital's founding partners, Mike has over 20 years' experience in a variety of equity investments. Mike oversees the firm's investment activities, operations, and investor relations, and leads Summer Street's Post-Secondary Education Investment Team. Mike has been actively involved in several Summer Street portfolio companies, and currently serves on the board of Beam Reach Education. Mike also served as Chairman of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NASBIC).
Prior to co-founding Summer Street Capital, Mike was founder and President of Buffalo Ventures, Inc. He has held senior executive positions in operations, sales, and marketing across a breadth of industries including banking, manufacturing, and construction. Mike earned his MBA at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and received his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College.
Mike is actively engaged in several not-for-profit organizations, both locally and internationally. He serves as Board Director of All Hands Volunteers, a non-profit organization providing assistance to survivors of natural disasters around the world. Mike is also a Director of the Albright Knox Art Gallery and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.

David Glickman - Partner at Resilience Capital Partners
David joined Resilience in 2009 after working with the Firm for several years on potential co-investments and portfolio company merger proposals. His responsibilities include origination, due diligence and oversight of acquisitions. David has extensive knowledge of sourcing, structuring, executing, managing and exiting portfolio companies, gained from his previous experience as Managing Director at Candlewood Partners, Senior Vice President and General Partner at Roulston & Company, Inc., Senior Vice President of The LCP Group and several positions at Bear Stearns & Company. David has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies and is on the board of several non-profit entities including certain institutes of the Cleveland Clinic. He graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and from the University of Southern California with a Masters of Business Administration.

Mike Stubler - Managing Director and Co-Founder of Draper Triangle Ventures
Mike is a Managing Director and co-founder of Draper Triangle Ventures, an affiliate of Draper Fisher Jurvertson. Mike serves on the board of Ayalogic, Unitask, TOA Technologies, ClearCount Medical Solutions and OnShift. Mike also directed the Fund's investments in ClubCom (acquired by Amer Sports), Active Media (acquired by Precor) Renal Solutions (acquired by Fresenius, NYSE: FMS) and new Media (acquired by Zoom Media). Mike is a Director and Past President of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association and a Director of the Ohio Venture Association. He is also a Director at Innovation Works, the Ben Franklin Technology Partner of southwest PA.
Mike has over 25 years of experience with start-up technology companies both as a co-founder and early stage investor. Prior to Draper Triangle, Mike spent the majority of his career serving as CFO of several successful technology companies, where he not only directed the financial and business operations, but also acquisitions, mergers and capital raising functions.
Mike was a co-founder and Vice President, Finance of IndustryNet, an early stage electronic commerce company, where he led the company in raising over $15 million in growth capital from strategic partners and nationally-known venture capital organizations prior to its merger with a division of AT&T.
Previously, Mike served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of International Cybernetics Corp., one of the nation's fastest-growing automation control companies, where he directed the financial operations and led the merger of the company into Gould Electronics in 1985. Prior to joining International Cybernetics Corporation, Mike was employed by Touche Ross & Company (presently Deloitte & Touche).
Mike graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA. Mike is an avid runner and has completed 21 marathons.
