Panel:
D.A. Davidson: Brad Gevurtz – Managing Director, Investment Banking
Mr. Gevurtz is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of D.A. Davidson & Co. Mr. Gevurtz has been with D.A. Davidson since 2005 and during his time with the firm has served as the Head of Investment Banking and as a member of the Board of Directors and the Public Equity Commitment Committee. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Mr. Gevurtz worked for over 20 years on Wall Street as a senior banker at JP Morgan Chase, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Broadview Int'l (now Jefferies Broadview). Mr. Gevurtz has significant experience in M&A, private placements, and public offerings, and has worked with clients such as Alltel, AT&T, Computer Associates, Comsat, GE, IBM, Toyota, Verizon, Xerox and Zayo Group.  
 
Endeavour Capital: Mark Dorman – Managing Director
Mr. Dorman is a Managing Director at Endeavour Capital. Mark joined Endeavour in 1998. Since that time, he has worked with companies in a broad range of industries including healthcare, niche manufacturing, business services, and food and consumer. Mark currently serves on the boards of Alpha Media, Arizona Nutritional Supplements, Grant Victor, Providien Medical, Nor-Cal Products, Equality Health, Temperatsure, and Zoom.  Prior to Endeavour, Mark was a Partner at Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver-based investment banking firm. Prior to GMB, Mark worked in the investment banking groups at Boettcher & Company (now Wells Fargo) in Denver and Morgan Stanley in New York.
Alpha Media: Bob Proffitt – President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Proffitt is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Media.  Headquartered in Portland, Alpha Media is a growing radio broadcast media company. In 2009, Bob became a shareholder, along with Larry Wilson and Endeavour, of Alpha Broadcasting, operating six radio stations in Portland, Oregon. In 2013, the team began acquiring stations across the US and in July 2014, formally became Alpha Media, now with a total of 251 radio stations in 51 markets.  Prior to Alpha, Bob was a market manager for CBS Radio in Las Vegas and the President, Chief Operating Officer of Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, which at that time was the third largest radio company in the United States with 205 stations in 42 mid-sized markets.

Axian: Frank Helle – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Helle is the Chief Executive Officer of Axian, a 25 year privately-held technology engineering-services firm building custom software and data solutions. Prior to joining Axian, Frank was a senior global manager at Monsanto Company.  During his time with Monsanto, Frank lived in Brussels, Belgium for five years managing manufacturing, engineering and supply chain for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and then lived in Singapore for five years as Asia-Pacific Managing Director for three Monsanto divisions. Frank is a Past President and Board Chair of Portland ACG, Board Chair Emeritus of the Technology Association of Oregon, and recent Chair of OEN's CEO Roundtable and of the Portland Angel Network.
