ACG Richmond supports the community through scholarships to qualified students and through support of college programs at the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business, Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Business, and the Richmond ACG Cup. ACG Richmond provides scholarship support to J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Partnership for the Future, The Powell Center for Economic Literacy, the Community Foundation, and Virginia State University.

The ACG Richmond Corporate Development Group ("CDG") provides a forum for corporate professionals whose responsibilities primarily focus upon strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances. The corporate development forums facilitate networking for professionals with similar roles and provides attendees with information and education about current market dynamics and various aspects of the corporate development process. The CDG meetings are typically held over lunch and are hosted at various locations in Richmond by invitation only. Participation is included with membership in ACG Richmond to qualifying individuals.
