About ACG Richmond Corporate Growth Awards

ACG Richmond announces the chapter's inaugural ACG Richmond Corporate Growth Awards Program. As the premier professional organization focused on corporate growth, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, the ACG Richmond Awards Program is designed to acknowledge exceptional growth companies and leaders within the Chapter's region. Winners of the ACG Richmond Corporate & Emerging Growth Awards will be announced at the Virginia Capital Day Conference during a gala dinner on October 1, 2008 at the Jefferson Hotel.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SELECTION PROCESS

The 2008 ACG Richmond award categories are:

ACG Richmond Outstanding Corporate Growth Award (Revenues greater than $100 million) Criteria for selection include a regionally based company with revenues greater than $100 million, a history of successful growth for the previous three years, exemplary leadership and high level community involvement.

ACG Richmond Emerging Growth Company Award (Under $100 million in revenue, but greater than $25 million as of the most recent fiscal year end) Criteria for selection include a regionally based company with revenues under $100 million but more than $25 million in total revenue for the most recent fiscal year with at least three years of growth, exemplary leadership and high level community involvement.

ACG Richmond Regional Boundaries
Nominated companies with headquarters within the following boundaries will be considered for the ACG Richmond Awards Program:

• Central Virginia
• Fredericksburg South to Richmond
• Hampton Roads/Tidewater Area
• West to Roanoke

Nominees for these awards will be actively solicited until August 15, 2008 for recognition and presentation. Nomination forms are available by clicking on the highlighted award category above. All nominee forms are to be submitted online or via email to acgrichmond@acg.org. The award winners will be selected by a judges committee and made official at the Gala Awards Dinner of the Virginia Capital Day Conference on October 1, 2008 at the Jefferson Hotel.
