o Name featured on conference promotions.

Space Assignments
Since we are expecting a sold out event, Exhibitor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor tables cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. Tables reserved after August 30, 2009 will not be guaranteed inclusion in the conference book. Exhibitor tables may not be assigned. ACG Richmond reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and/or table assignments.
Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises of the Jefferson Hotel and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ACG Richmond and the Jefferson Hotel and its owners, servants, agents and employees against all claims or expenses for such losses-including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the use of the hotel premises excluding any liability caused by the negligence of ACG Richmond and/or the Jefferson Hotel or its owners, servants, agents and employees. The exhibitor understands that neither ACG Richmond nor the Jefferson Hotel maintains insurance covering the exhibitor’s property nor lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
Exhibitor agrees to release of exhibitor’s contact information to conference related promotions.
