Reverse Marketplace takes place on October 5, 2011.
At the Reverse Marketplace, the tables are reversed and the investment bankers are the exhibitors. Deal makers including, CFOs, private equity groups, lawyers and accountants, have the opportunity to network with investment bankers representing firms from multiple states. Enjoy a wine tasting & reception while visiting the Reverse Marketplace.
Reverse Marketplace Tables are $500.00 until August 29, 2011 and $700.00 after August 29, 2011. Please note: ACG Richmond reserves the right to restrict table sales to those firms meeting our criteria.
Reverse Marketplace tables include:
- Wine for wine tasting hosted at your exhibitor table.

- Two conference attendee registrations to all conference events.
- One five (5) foot skirted table with 2 chairs.
- Company name plate for exhibitor table.
- Listing in Exhibitor section of conference book.
- Company name listed on conference promotionals.

Space Assignments
Exhibitor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor tables cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. Tables reserved after August 22, 2011 will not be guaranteed inclusion in the conference book. Exhibitor tables may not be assigned. ACG Richmond reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and/or table assignments.
Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises of the Jefferson Hotel and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ACG Richmond and the Jefferson Hotel and its owners, servants, agents and employees against all claims or expenses for such losses-including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the use of the hotel premises excluding any liability caused by the negligence of ACG Richmond and/or the Jefferson Hotel or its owners, servants, agents and employees. The exhibitor understands that neither ACG Richmond nor the Jefferson Hotel maintains insurance covering the exhibitor’s property nor lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
Exhibitor agrees to release of exhibitor’s contact information to conference related promotions.
