ACG San Diego's Membership Committee is pleased to announce an educational and networking benefit exclusive to ACG San Diego members.
BrownBag™ is an education and networking program by and for ACG San Diego members wishing to expand their understanding and/or share their experience in the core ACG areas of practice of corporate development, corporate growth and mergers & acquisitions.
BrownBag™ programs will be held on a monthly basis, there will be no more than 12 attendees, no less than four attendees, the presenter(s), the host and a facilitator. The BrownBag™ will start at 12:00 pm and end at 1:00 pm sharp. There will be 15 minutes of participant and host introductions, a 30-minute presentation by the presenter and 15 minutes for Q&A. All participants will be responsible to bring their own brown bag lunch.

- Assembling the Corporate Dream Team
- Building Business Value with an Exit in Mind

- Tax and Wealth Management Planning for a Transaction
BrownBag™ programs are NOT a sales pitch for your business, instead it is intended as an opportunity to learn, teach and network about important developments in our mutual areas of practice within ACG San Diego.
