Prior to the social festivities, join us for the telling of the history of our host - the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, a world-famous icon and signature element of the La Jolla Shores and San Diego’s premier tennis club (home to 12 championship hard courts consistently rated as a Top Tennis Resort by Tennis Magazine). Bill Kellogg, fourth generation member of the founding Kellogg family and current President of the Club, will share the resort’s rich history of bringing families, friends, tennis pros and enthusiasts and beach lovers together for more than 75 years.

Bill Kellogg wears many hats but his primary job is to serve as President of La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. In addition to the Beach Club, the family holdings include The La Jolla Shores Hotel, The Marine Room Restaurant, the Playa del Oro Apartments and the F. W. Kellogg commercial building.
Bill continues to reinforce the tennis traditions of the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. In February of 2012 he brought the ITF Seniors World Team and Individual Championships to San Diego. He brought several Davis Cup and Fed Cup Ties to San Diego, including a memorable one held at Petco Park in February of 2014 between the USA and Great Britain. . Bill was inducted into the San Diego Tennis Hall of Fame on August 23, 2008.
