Global competition and global opportunities are becoming increasingly important for all companies – whether we think of ourselves as working primarily within the San Francisco Bay Area, California, the United States, or beyond. Some of us are already actively engaged in cross-border deals and other business activities; others are wondering how to dive in and build our global networks. Whether we like it or not, competition and business trends around the world are affecting our business, no matter what our focus.
