Even with unemployment so high, some companies struggle to find a pool of ideal executive candidates. Search firms have gone through a difficult period, but business is showing signs of returning. Yet all of us know of excellent, high quality executives that are on the sidelines, and not getting any or many offers for high level positions. Have the opportunities shifted in some fundamental way? Has the process of recruiting fundamentally changed, leaving both job seekers and companies looking for talent disconnected? A top panel of experts in this area will address these issues and tackle the tough questions from the audience.
