In 2009, Dan sold CASHNet to Higher One and successfully spun-out ePAY Healthcare as his next growth company. Dan brings 40 years experience as a software engineer and business executive which has given him a unique perspective on the interrelationships between technology and organizational behavior.
Stephen Pieraldi
Chief Executive Officer, iForem
Stephen Pieraldi, has carved out a very successful career as a serial entrepreneur. Stephen not only founded an innovative digital media service company, but he has also been tactically involved with numerous other startups. Most recently, Stephen has founded iForem who provides safe, simple and secure digital asset preservation, certification, and 3rd party assurance. He has an extensive background in the medical technology field and is also a leading expert in the ever changing IT arena. Additionally, he brought Neoforma to IPO and has extensive experience with M&A transactions. Stephen has been credited with several patents and is a board member of numerous beneficiary trusts.
Rick Stierwalt
Chief Executive Officer, Associated Third Party Administrators
Rick has been the CEO of ATPA since his acquisition of ATPA in 2007. Rick has also served as the CEO of National Investment Managers, a roll-up of corporate third-party administrators where he acquired 13 operating businesses. From 1998 to 2003, Rick was CEO of Orbitex Financial Services, a roll-up of trust and mutual fund asset management and distribution companies. From 1995 to 1996, he was the President of BISYS Investment Services. Prior to the March 1995 merger with BISYS Fund Services, he was CEO of Concord Holding Corporation, which he co-founded in 1987 after a 12-year career in banking. Concord Holding became the largest administrator and distributor of bank-related mutual funds in the US. Rick is the co-author of the book, "Securities Processing", and has appeared on CNBC and other financial news programs.
