Legal Status
Association for Corporate Growth, Inc. (ACG) is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation.  Each U.S. Chapter is a separate Illinois not-for-profit corporation that has entered into an Affiliation Agreement with ACG.  Each Non-U.S. chapter is incorporated under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it operates and has also entered into an Affiliation Agreement with ACG.

Registered Marks
Association for Corporate Growth  "ACG" and "Intergrowth" are registered service marks, and "Capital Connection" is a service mark, of the Association for Corporate Growth, Inc.

Private Policy
The Association for Corporate Growth collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number.

The Association for Corporate Growth collects and uses your personal information to operate the Association for Corporate Growth Web site and deliver the services you have requested.
