Prior to Emerson, Madhup was part of corporate development team at Hillenbrand (NYSE: HI), a diversified industrial manufacturer. Prior to his time at Hillenbrand, Madhup led his own M&A advisory practice in Chicago, following close to a decade in industrials investment banking at Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
