Scot Hunsaker Presents: Turning Your Employees into Owners

If you stopped a truck today, would your company, family, employees and customers survive? Successful business succession is not transferring the secrets of a well-oiled machine, but instilling the institutional knowledge, business savvy and entrepreneurial spirit into future leaders.

Key concepts
Authentic Communication – How to collect, share and discuss meaningful information about the tactical and strategic issues influencing your business.

Empowerment – Transferring your institutional knowledge and business savvy to the next leadership team requires them to make it their own.

Trusting With Confidence – Turning your employees into owners means allowing them to function as owners so you can focus on your aspirations.

Value to members
At some point, all ACG member companies will transition either to the next leadership team or close their doors. History indicates only 33% will successfully make this transition. ACG members will learn how to successfully transfer the institutional knowledge and business savvy to their employees and family members to allow the organization to continue to thrive into the future.
