Join ACG Tampa Bay’s Emerging Professionals as we hear from Punit Shah, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Group, developer & owner of Aloft!

 

 

Over the past decade, Punit Shah has invested in and managed 250 million commercial real estate assets including hotels, luxury condominiums, and senior living facilities throughout the United States. Mr. Shah earned a Hospitality Management degree from Boston University and currently sits on the school's Advisory Board. He has also completed the Economics program at Harvard University, as well as Executive Real Estate Development programs at Cornell and Emory Universities. Punit currently serves as a Global Board of Director for the Intercontinental Hotels Group Owners Association, comprised of only 25 Owners worldwide.

 

As Chief Executive Officer the Liberty Group, Mr. Shah maintains overall executive control over the investment and management divisions of the company and its affiliates, and acts as General Partner of Liberty Group's private equity funds.
