Legal Status
Association for Corporate Growth, Inc. (ACG) is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation.  Each U.S. Chapter is a separate Illinois not-for-profit corporation that has entered into an Affiliation Agreement with ACG.  Each Non-U.S. chapter is incorporated under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it operates and has also entered into an Affiliation Agreement with ACG.

Association for Corporate Growth, Inc. (“ACG”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to improve your ACG website experience. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

Use of Personal Information. ACG collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, telephone number and, in some instances, credit card information (collectively, “Personal Information”). The primary purpose of collecting Personal Information is to:  

• operate the ACG website and deliver the services you have requested, including processing of membership and event registration payments;
• inform you of other products or services available from ACG or from external business partners which whom ACG has established a business relationship; and
• solicit your participation in research surveys conducted by or under the auspices of ACG analyzing the current business environment or potential new services that may be offered.

In some cases, your Personal Information may be shared with trusted third parties whom we have engaged to help us send you e-mail or postal mail, perform statistical analysis or provide member support services. Such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information. ACG does not sell, rent or lease its membership lists to third parties.

Data Security. ACG maintains your Personal Information in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When your Personal Information is transmitted to or by ACG over the Internet, ACG uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or similar technology to encrypt the information. This means that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet.

Record of Website Visits. To help insure a high quality user experience, ACG records which pages our members visit within the ACG website. We collect this information for the sole purpose of analyzing how individuals use our website, determining which ACG services are the most popular and learning how to improve the user experience.

Use of Cookies
