About ACG Founded in 1954, the Association for Corporate Growth is the premier global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions for mid to large companies. Leaders in corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms focused on building value in their organizations belong to ACG. The ACG Tennessee chapter, initially launched as ACG Memphis in 2004, was recently expanded to cover the state of Tennessee. The chapter elected a new board of directors that is excited about the renewed focus on programming and networking opportunities. Events will alternate between Memphis and Nashville, which will encourage collaboration between business leaders from across the region. Chapter Programming Throughout the year, the Tennessee chapter hosts meetings across the state and a Middle Market Conference & Capital Connection on November 8-9, 2010 in Memphis. At our events, members have the opportunity to network and hear from leaders from across various industries. Speakers discuss subjects such as corporate growth, mergers, corporate planning, joint ventures, acquisition, divestitures etc. in terms of their own experience. Stimulating question-and-answer sessions have become the highlight of each meeting. Best regards for a prosperous 2010, ACG Tennessee 3251 Poplar Ave Memphis, TN 38111 acgtennessee@acg.org
