About the Association for Corporate Growth

Founded in 1954, the Association for Corporate Growth, Inc. (www.acg.org) is the premier global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions. Today ACG stands at over 12,000 members from corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms representing Fortune 500, Fortune1000, FTSE 100, and mid-market companies in 53 chapters in North America and Europe. Leaders in corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms focused on building value in their organizations belong to ACG. They recognize the multiple benefits of networking within an influential community of executives growing public and private companies worldwide.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND NETWORKING

InterGrowth ® Annual Conference

ACG's InterGrowth Conference has consistently provided a sampling of the finest business minds in an environment that encourages the exchange of ideas through panels and keynote speakers. ACG invites its members and other guests to take advantage of the rare opportunity for informal deal exchange and networking with more than 2,000 leading international corporate growth professionals. Attendees concur that more deals and deal possibilities are struck at this conference than at any other convention of its kind in the world!

Chapter Programs

A primary benefit of membership, chapter meetings provide multiple chances to meet local people of similar professional interests. Chapters also offer other enrichment: regional conferences, social outings, ACG's Capital Connection™ (a marketplace for private equity professionals and intermediaries) and other events that facilitate networking and collaboration.

Mergers and Acquisitions: The Dealmaker's Journal is ACG's official monthly newsletter providing coverage and analysis of key deals and influential developments in the M&A field, featuring articles and columns written by ACG members, and other leading experts.

Achieving Corporate Growth is ACG's monthly e-newsletter that highlights several ACG news items and member initiatives.

ACG Weekly E-Newsletter - Merger Mogul

Merger Mogul is a free, opt-in e-newsletter that provides expert commentary, analysis and news on corporate and private equity-backed mergers and acquisitions, focusing primarily on middle market deals, people and transactions. Distributed on Tuesday mornings, Merger Mogul features news from several publications with SourceMedia, including Mergers & Acquisitions, and is sponsored by the Association for Corporate Growth.
