TOPIC: How to Drive Earnings Growth
Alan Fletcher, President of Priority Dispatch Corp., will share his insights on how to drive revenue and earnings growth, organically or through acquisition, both in the United States and internationally.

Presenter:
Mr. Fletcher joined Medical Priority Consultants, Inc. (dba Priority Dispatch Corp) as its President in 1995. Under his direction, Priority Dispatch has grown and expanded as the recognized worldwide leader in providing structured call taking protocols to the emergency services market. The company currently operates in over 40 countries with its protocols being translated into 19 languages. In the year 2011, over 13,000 dispatchers were trained worldwide in the use of the protocols in their native languages, and an estimated 65 million calls were processed utilizing the Priority Dispatch System for Fire, Police and Medical Dispatch Systems.

Before Priority Dispatch, Mr. Fletcher held several positions, including Vice President of Administration at Evans & Sutherland, President of Boyles Brothers Drilling Company, and several management roles at BF Goodrich. His roles have taken him throughout North America, Asia, Europe, Australia, South America and in and out of various military bases and aircraft carriers.

Mr. Fletcher has an MBA from Brigham Young University and he and his wife Janice currently live in Salt Lake City. They have three sons, all of whom graduated from and played rugby for the University of Utah.
