Moderator:

Bruce White, Parsons Behle & Latimer, Director, Vice President and Treasurer | Shareholder | Salt Lake City

Bruce H. White is a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice on all aspects of business transactions (mergers and acquisitions), commercial financing, corporate law and corporate reorganizations.

Bruce has more than 25 years of large law firm and business experience representing clients in a wide range of business law matters...

Bruce has substantial experience advising company management and board of directors on a wide range of corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Bruce was President, CEO and General Counsel of a large manufacturing company in Utah, where he, including operations, strategic planning, and financial matters. Bruce oversaw all legal matters, financial transactions, and created and developed a successful business model.

Bruce was a shareholder at the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig in Dallas and a partner at the national firm of Patton Boggs in Dallas

Michael Bennett, Crewe Capital

Mr. Bennett is the Managing Partner of Crewe Capital. Mr. Bennett held senior positions with three different investment banking firms prior. Mr. Bennett provides capital solutions to middle-market companies and alternative investment advisory to family office clients. Mr. Bennett has completed over 100 investment banking transactions. Expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic advisory, fundraising, and direct investment in real estate, private equity, and private credit. Mr. Bennett sits on multiple boards and is actively involved in his community by participating in various organizations with a charitable focus. He is a member of the board of directors of CharityVision and founded Crewe Kids as a grant-making organization to increase philanthropy. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Mr. Bennett is fluent in Portuguese.

 

Colin Kent, Premara Group

Premara Group is a boutique M&A firm headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT. It was founded by former tech and consumer executives who saw a gap in the market for strong, value-add help on deals too small for the large investment banks. Premara Group's expertise is getting in front of strategic buyers, who generally pay more than private equity.

About Colin 
Prior to founding Premara Group, Colin spent his career as a SaaS executive working for Oracle, Domo, and Chargeback. After driving millions of dollars of value through managing the midwest region for Oracle, Colin joined Domo where they scaled from $5M in revenue to $100m+ and an IPO. After Domo, Colin joined the Chargeback executive team and was instrumental in positioning Chargeback for an exit to Sift in 2021. Colin holds an MBA from Pepperdine and a Bachelors from BYU.

Geoff Loos, CapM

Mr. Loos has over sixteen years of experience advising clients on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Mr. Loos’ transactional experience covers mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate investments, capital raises, debt placements and other value-creating transactions.

He has advised clients on a variety of complex and highly successful transactions in the consumer/e-commerce, food, health and wellness, industrial and technology sectors. Representative clients include Albion Minerals, baggalini, Chosen Foods, LifeVantage, Mity-Lite, Nelson Laboratories, Omega Protein, Tecumseh Poultry/Smart Chicken, Walker Edison, YoCream and ZAGG.

 

Kevin Meadows, Bank of America

Kevin Meadows is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. He currently holds the position of Vice President of Investment Banking at Bank of America in Salt Lake City, Utah. Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated a strong track record in advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic transactions across various industries.

Prior to Bank of America, Kevin honed his skills at Goldman Sachs, focusing on leveraged finance within the middle-market group. He also gained valuable experience at Northrim Horizon as a Private Equity Associate and at Pluralsight in a Growth Strategy role.  Earlier in his career, Kevin held positions at Wells Fargo Securities and Greener Equity, solidifying his understanding of financial valuation and analysis.

Craig Primo, K2 Securities

Craig Primo has over 25 years of experience advising business owners in merger, acquisition and capital raise transactions. He has completed more than 50 transactions including sell side M&A, buy side projects, and capital raise transactions.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of K2 Securities, a firm focused on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising for mid-market companies.  Beyond his work in finance, Craig is an entrepreneur and co-owner of multiple businesses, including Endless Summer Aviation, which provides heavy-lift services using Black Hawk helicopters.  He also co-founded SaltAir, a company specializing in long-term leases of fixed-wing and rotorcraft. Craig's impressive background includes leading an investment banking team at a major financial institution like Citigroup and serving as Chief of Staff for a California Assemblyman.
