Membership FAQ's
How do I get my username and password?
Once your membership application has been approved by our national office a username and password will be emailed to you.

What is the policy on tranferring individual membership?
Membership in ACG Vancouver belongs to the individual, not the employing organization.  If an individual changes employment or moves from one position to another, it is his right to take the membership with him.  ACG Vancouver does not allow membership transfers from one individual to another individual, whether or not they are employed within the same organization.

What is the policy on tranferring corporate membership?
Corporate Membership in ACG Vancouver belongs to the employing organization.  If an individual changes employment, it is the right of the employing organization to name another individual for that membership.  The individual who changes employment will need to apply for an individual membership in order to stay as an active member.

What if I am a member of another ACG Chapter?
As a member of another ACG chapter, you can attend as many ACG Vancouver events as you'd like at the member rate.  Please note that certain events are by invitation only and are not open to everyone to attend.

When does my membership expire and how can I renew it?
Your membership expires on the annual anniversary date of your joining ACG Boston.  You will receive reminders via email of an expiring membership.  To renew your membership, click here.

What is ACG?
The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) is the global community for middle market M&A dealmakers and business leaders focused on driving growth. ACG members have access to data, content, and networking possibilities to find the opportunities, capital and knowledge they need to drive and sustain corporate growth. Founded in 1954, ACG has grown to more than 12,500 members organized in 56 chapters throughout North America, Europe and Asia. www.acg.org.

Each year, ACG Global hosts InterGrowth, an international conference where 2000 members of the private equity community attend a 3 day event to network, listen to high caliber speakers and learn about the current state of deal making. The conference attracts sponsors, exhibitors, providers of capital, corporate M&A and advisors as well as the press.

Other ACG benefits include the magazine Mergers and Acquisitions and the ACG website.
