Welcome to the second annual ACG Wisconsin Cup!  ACG and Cleary Gull Inc. are pleased to extend an invitation to participate in this unique and challenging competition.  The ACG Cup was established to provide you with exposure to many of the leading corporate executives and finance professionals in Wisconsin, while at the same time pit you in a competition against your peers at the University of Wisconsin and UW-Milwaukee.  Cleary Gull is pleased to partner with the Marquette University teams' assigned mentors during the ACG Cup.  Cleary Gull Investment Banking provides advice for mergers and acquisitions, private capital placements and other financial advisory services for middle market companies.  Over the years, our team has completed more than 90 transactions representing more than $5 billion in transaction value.  We fully intend to support your efforts to outsmart UWM and UW-Madison.

Ron Miller
Mr. Miller is a Managing Director and a member of the firm's Board of Directors.  Mr. Miller is responsible for both the marketing and execution of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions and for originating and monitoring portfolio investments.  Mr. Miller has advised clients completing more than 70 merger and acquisition and public and private financing assignments representing approximately $5.0 billion of transaction value.  Prior to forming Cleary Gull in March 2002, Mr. Miller was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department at Tucker Anthony Sutro.  In addition to his investment banking responsibilities, he served on the firm's Private Placement Commitment Committee and on the Investment Committee of the TASCM Investment Partnership.  He also coordinated firm-wide MBA and undergraduate recruiting.

Prior to joining Tucker Anthony Sutro, Mr. Miller was a banker at First Chicago Corporation in Chicago and a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York City.  Mr. Miller received a M.M. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a B.S.E. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in History from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Miller is on the Board of Directors of the COA Youth & Family Center and the Association for Corporate Growth and is a member of the Milwaukee Forum.  He is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Milwaukee – Wisconsin School of Business Administration.

Ryan Chimenti
Prior to joining Cleary Gull in August 2005, Mr. Chimenti worked at Cornerstone Business Services and Wells Fargo Business Credit. Mr. Chimenti has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and financings. He has worked in Milwaukee, WI, Indianapolis, IN and Chevy Chase, MD. Mr. Chimenti earned his M.B.A from the University of Notre Dame, and his B.S. in Finance from Boston College.





Jim Olson
Prior to joining Cleary Gull in 2006, Mr. Olson worked for three years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was a Senior Accountant in their Assurance and Advisory practice.  Mr. Olson has experience auditing middle and large cap public and private companies in the manufacturing, construction, and technology industries.  Mr. Olson earned both his M.B.A. and his B.A. in Accounting from Marquette University.  Mr. Olson earned the professional designation of C.P.A. and is currently licensed in the State of Wisconsin.
