Iserv, one of Michigan’s largest Internet Service Providers, was acquired in last July by Boston-based telecom firm 382 Communications. Company Chariman Richard Koch will share his experience and lessons learned throughout the process, as well as the challenges and surprises that arise in such transactions. Koch will touch on all aspects of the acquisition, including finance, staff planning and the challenges of cross-company cultural differences.
How to Register:

Starting this year, registrations for our breakfast meetings will be processed through our ACG Western Michigan website, www.acgwmich.org , by clicking the "register now" links in this email. To register as an ACG member, please log-in at the "member login" area with your ACG Global username and password. After logging in, please click on the "events" tab located on the top banner. Select the event you would like to attend and follow the steps to process your registration.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior. "No Shows" will be billed.
Non Member Attendance Policy:
