Laura Moreno Lucas is a Latina entrepreneur who launched Pandocap, a financial media company built around her experience in the capital markets. We focus on easy-tounderstand information highlighting diverse voices through weekly news, customized marketing strategy and IPO brand guidance specializing in ESG. Formerly at Nasdaq as Managing Director for New Listings & Capital Markets, Laura helped companies and entrepreneurs navigate from private to public markets. Laura was directly responsible for multiple high-profile IPOs including Beyond Meat, Lyft, The Real Real, and Airbnb. These IPOs garnered success and accolades from the service offerings she developed and provided. Prior to Nasdaq, she was a top sales executive at Salesforce, and her background includes 10+ years at other financial firms including TD Ameritrade and Sungard. Between finance and tech roles, Laura founded Ladada, one of the first startup fashion subscription services that featured emerging new designers. Laura serves as an advisor to 500 Startups, Fulcrum Ventures, and a published co-author of the newly released book ”Hispanic Stars Rising”. Laura has a Bachelors in Criminal Law from California State University, Sacramento. She lives in San Francisco with her husband Brian Lucas and daughter Adriana Lucas. She is available for speaking engagement, board appointments, and moderating panel opportunities.

Robert Berezansky

Robert is responsible for driving long-term financial growth in the United States for PreZero’s CA-based operation. PreZero is a global brand that is based in Germany with operations in 12 different countries. PreZero is owned by the Schwarz Group that operates the Lidl and Kaufland Grocery stores. The Schwarz Group is the 4th largest retailer in the world. Robert oversees Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury, Audit, Tax, and M&A functions at PreZero US. Robert has experience as a CFO and Controller at national and regional Craft Breweries based in California before joining PreZero. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Temple University, and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. Robert lives in San Diego with his Wife Elmira and 1-year old daughter Masha. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and watching sports. He is passionate about education on waste streams and to create a sustainable circular economy for our future generations.

Elaine Salewske

Elaine Salewske is a Director within Takeda’s Sustainability Integration team where she focuses on corporate sustainability strategy and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) reporting and disclosure. Elaine joined Takeda as part of the company’s acquisition of Shire in January 2019 where she was part of the company’s Responsibility department. Prior to joining Shire, Elaine established and led the Sustainability program for Baxalta, a new company that was founded after Baxter International spun off its biopharmaceutical division. Elaine spent nearly 10 years leading sustainability-related communications at Baxter. Prior to joining Baxter, Elaine held various healthcare marketing and communications roles. She holds a journalism and mass communication BA from Iowa State University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management focused on international business. She resides outside of Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
