Jordi Pujol, CFA, is the Managing Director at Objective, Investment Banking & Valuation where he leads the Valuation Advisory practice and drives the group’s nationwide growth. Based in Los Angeles, Jordi serves clients across the U.S., providing tailored business valuation services that stand up to scrutiny and empower informed decision-making for companies, funds, and their stakeholders.

Before joining Objective, Jordi was a Senior Manager at EY in their Corporate Finance practice under Strategy and Transactions, specializing in the Technology and Healthcare sectors. With over 15 years of financial modeling experience, he has executed complex valuations for enterprise software, medtech, and biotech companies, supporting M&A transactions, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making. His expertise spans purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, equity compensation, intangible asset valuations, and fund portfolio reviews.

Jordi was recognized by The M&A Advisor as an Emerging Leader and is an active contributor to the Los Angeles business community through leadership roles with ACG 101, Business Valuation Resources, and the Exit Planning Institute. He frequently shares his insights through his LinkedIn Newsletter, podcasts, and industry panels. Jordi holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a master’s in finance from EGADE Business School, and a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College. Lawrence Dutra, Speaker

Founder & Former CEO

Larry Dutra is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience leading and advising consumer-focused businesses in the beverage, alcohol, and direct marketing industries. He is best known as the Founder and CEO of Vinesse Wines LLC, a direct-to-consumer wine marketing company he established in 1993. Under his leadership, Vinesse grew to more than 60,000 wine club members and became known for making boutique wines accessible to a national audience through innovative direct marketing and affinity group strategies.

In 2021, Larry successfully led the sale of Vinesse to Vintage Wine Estates (NASDAQ: VWE), one of the fastest-growing wine producers in the U.S., where he continued as a consultant through 2023 to support the integration and expansion of the company’s DTC platform.

Earlier in his career, Larry served as President & CEO of Adams Wine Group, a vertically integrated wine company operating production, marketing, and retail divisions including Adler Fels Winery, Sonoma Estate Vintners, and The Winehound. He also held executive marketing roles with Road Runner Sports, where he helped restore the company to profitability, and Affinity Group Inc., where he oversaw nationwide direct marketing programs for membership and insurance services.

Larry has served on the boards of Adams Wine Group, the National Association of Wine Retailers, and the International Wine Clubs Association. A longtime member of Vistage International, he was twice nominated for leadership awards recognizing his business acumen and mentorship.

Larry holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from Emerson College. He lives in California and continues to advise companies on strategic marketing, brand growth, and consumer engagement in the beverage alcohol industry.
