Jordi Pujol, CFA, is the Managing Director at Objective, Investment Banking & Valuation where he leads the Valuation Advisory practice and drives the group’s nationwide growth. Based in Los Angeles, Jordi serves clients across the U.S., providing tailored business valuation services that stand up to scrutiny and empower informed decision-making for companies, funds, and their stakeholders.

Before joining Objective, Jordi was a Senior Manager at EY in their Corporate Finance practice under Strategy and Transactions, specializing in the Technology and Healthcare sectors. With over 15 years of financial modeling experience, he has executed complex valuations for enterprise software, medtech, and biotech companies, supporting M&A transactions, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making. His expertise spans purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, equity compensation, intangible asset valuations, and fund portfolio reviews.
 
Jordi was recognized by The M&A Advisor as an Emerging Leader and is an active contributor to the Los Angeles business community through leadership roles with ACG 101, Business Valuation Resources, and the Exit Planning Institute. He frequently shares his insights through his LinkedIn Newsletter, podcasts, and industry panels. Jordi holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a master’s in finance from EGADE Business School, and a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College. He is also a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society Los Angeles.
