We are pleased to announce International Committee of the Red Cross as this year’s beneficiary.  Our donation will be specifically earmarked to provide help to those impacted by the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.  The ICRC - along with its partners in the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement - remains active in Ukraine and surrounding countries, saving and protecting the lives of victims of armed conflict and violence.

Gayane Kirakosyan is a Managing Director at FocalPoint Partners and has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience advising companies on debt and equity capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructurings / bankruptcies. Throughout her career, Gayane has closed over $2.8 billion in transactions across a wide variety of industries and structures.

Gayane is a member of FocalPoint’s Capital Markets leadership team. She works predominantly with middle market companies seeking capital for a variety of corporate purposes, including refinancing, growth capital, acquisition financing, and rescue financing, among others. The Capital Markets Group has helped clients nationwide complete financings across a wide range of capital structures, including asset-based, senior/first liens, unitranche, second liens, subordinated, mezzanine, and minority equity.

Gayane is passionate about helping women succeed in the finance industry; she has actively participated in various organizations and is also a co-founder of the Westside Women’s Networking Group, an organization created with the goal of building a strong network of women who help each other grow, connect, and succeed. 

Gayane is also a board member of TransPacific Holdings, an investment firm consolidating companies in the HVAC, electrical and plumbing industries, and a board member of the Women of ACG Los Angeles.  Gayane graduated summa cum laude from the Marshall School of Business at USC, where she majored in business administration with a dual emphasis in finance and global management.

Rachel Foltz is a Managing Director with Endeavour and joined the firm in 2013. Since that time, she has worked with companies in the food and consumer, specialty retail, transportation and logistics, and business services industries. She currently serves on the boards of Johnny Was, Manitobah Mukluks, Visual Data Media Services, and M&M Management Co. Prior board and observer roles include Whiplash, Wineshipping, Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, Good Food Holdings (Bristol Farms / Lazy Acres / Metropolitan Market), and New Seasons Market / New Leaf Community Market.

Prior to Endeavour, Rachel was at Weston Presidio, a San Francisco-based middle-market private equity firm, and UBS Investment Bank in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Rachel received a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Rachel currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, son, and daughter.

 An De Vooght is a Financial Executive and has 28 years of experience in global strategic finance, financial & operational management and management advisory. Most recently, she served as the Global CFO & Partner at The TEAM Companies (Tours, Entertainment, Advertising & Music) where she first completed a management buy-out in 2017 together with a private equity firm followed by a successful sale of the business (2022) to one of the largest Entertainment Payroll Companies (Cast & Crew). Prior to that, she served as the CFO for Beats by Dre and was a key player in the sale of the company to Apple (2014), Apple’s largest acquisition ($3.2B). Earlier in her career, she worked for Red Bull for 16 years where she served as the CFO for Red Bull North America and as the EVP of Internal Management Advisory, M&A, Due Diligence and Internal Audit for all Red Bull’s entities on a global basis.

She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for a few companies (including University of California, Executive Program Riverside Extension; Continuum Lab AI, ArcSpace and Just Chill) while also providing CFO Consulting Services to a few select companies.

An is originally from Belgium (Bruges), speaks several languages (Dutch, French, English, German etc), is a hardcore athlete during her spare time (running, cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snowboarding …), but is most proud to call herself the mother of two amazing 17 year old twin girls. She holds a BA Degree (Finance Major) as well as an MBA from the University of Antwerp (including an Exchange Program with the MBA School at Marquette) and also completed two Executive Programs at Stanford University.

A transformational and dedicated chief executive officer with demonstrated success in the healthcare and technology sectors, Billie Jo Nutter has led multiple companies in organizational turnarounds, converting startups and underperforming business segments into high-functioning enterprises.

Billie began her career at SunHealthcare in acute and post-acute care verticals. She then joined EnduraCare Therapy/Acute Care Management in its infancy as a startup, rolling up her sleeves in grassroots campaigns to recruit and fold in long-term care facilities, and assuming oversight of half of the US territory as an executive director. Her early career success developed her business acumen, operational expertise, and holistic approach to strategic enterprise vision, setting the foundation for her upward trajectory to serve in CEO and senior management roles at EnduraCare, Brighton Rehabilitation/Bristol Hospice, and Avalon Health Care Group.

Appointed as chief executive officer for Casamba, LLC (Net Health), Billie managed an industry-leading electronic medical records company developing products for three service lines in cloud technology. During her tenure, she aggregated three entities under one cohesive business model, packaging Casamba for a successful sale to Net Health with a transformational business plan and incorporating extensive cybersecurity, streamlined workflows, and organizational structures.

Billie is a respected leader known for her ability to positively build motivated teams aligned with enterprise vision and inspire a high-performance work environment dedicated to outstanding client service and patient care. She is passionate about bringing together talented groups of people with a collaborative, upbeat approach and driving individual potential to scale capabilities.

Billie holds three degrees: Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Louisville, Bachelor of Health Science in Communication Disorders, and Bachelor of Science in Education and Biology from Western Kentucky University. She currently sits on the board for Casamba, LLC and has served on the boards for Avalon Health Care Group and Fulcrum Equity Partners. She presently resides in Westlake Village, CA.
