Join ACG Arizona for a new series of events designed to educate and inform about the M&A marketplace. Our “M&A 101” series will bring together experts from across the industry to provide an overview on the key topics that drive deal flow and shape the overall market. Austin Potenza, a partner at May Potenza Baran & Gillespie will host the seventh event of the series on May 6th at 11:30 a.m. AZ time. Potenza will be joined by Ashley Gleckler, an Associate at Polsinelli and Taylor Gustafson, an Associate at May Potenza Baran & Gillespie to discuss risk-shifting in deals.
