Melanie Brandt is the President & CEO for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Atlanta. Prior to her role at ACG, Melanie was the COO for the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the largest industry association in the state and one of the most successful Technology organizations in the country. Melanie provided strategic leadership as well as management of TAG's operations, including key initiatives, fundraising and staff management responsibilities, and initiated several noteworthy projects as COO, such as the Where Georgia Leads maps, the TAG Social Media Council, and the annual S.T.E.M. Education Awards. Prior to that, Brandt worked with the Gwinnett Chamber to implement the Partnership Gwinnett economic development plan as their Business Development Manager for Technology and Advanced Communications.
Brandt is on the Emeritus Board of the Atlanta Technology Professionals (ATP), where she served as president from 2004-2005. She was honored by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a "40 under 40" Atlanta Business and Community Leader in 2010 and then again in 2015 as a recipient of an award given to women who have made a difference in their communities, blazed a trail for others and are leaving an indelible mark on business in Atlanta. She has a degree in Molecular, Cellular and Development Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and received her MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University
Gloria Kantor is the Chapter Manager for ACG Atlanta. She has been with ACG since October of 2015.
Prior to her role at ACG, Gloria was with Prime Wine and Spirits, a middle-market wholesaler of wine and spirits in Georgia. Gloria provided administrative and strategic leadership as well as support of Prime's operations. Previously she has worked in Radio and event promotions.
Ms. Kantor is involved with Kate's Club, the Alliance Theater Advisory Board, and Goucher College. A native of Atlanta, she has a degree in Management and Communications from Goucher in Baltimore, Maryland.
