What Got You Here, Won’t Get You There: CEO Perspectives On Managing Through Growth
The most profound question every CEO faces is how to grow. We often answer that with things like funding strategies, expansion plans and other tactics, but the real question that should keep CEOs up at night is whether their long-standing business practices & philosophies are continuing to fuel their success or becoming a constraint to their growth. We’ll explore that question, and many others, in this panel discussion featuring successful Central Texas CEOs sharing stories about when they answered that question correctly, and when they did not, and what you can learn for the future of your business.
Panelists:
Bobby Jenkins, Owner & CEO, ABC Home & Commercial Services
Mojdeh Gharbi, Co-Owner/VP of Marketing & Operations, Certain Affinity
Moderator:
Cristina Silingardi, Managing Director, vcfo
