The Pearl: From Concept to Reality to Future Vision
Fifteen years ago Kit Goldsbury bought an unwanted 20 acre parcel on the northeastern edge of downtown San Antonio – the ground was contaminated, it was prone to chronic flooding and was an abandoned industrial site.
Today, that land is the Pearl – from a brewhouse, stable, engine room and boiler house has become one of San Antonio’s greatest neighborhoods.
The original vision of Goldsbury and Silver Ventures was recently completed with the opening of the Bottling Department – the final project in the historic brewery site. What’s next?

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5pm, April 23rd will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on April 23rd. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
