Nancy Richardson, CEO of San Antonio Shoes
In today’s business world, growing businesses are constantly feeling the pressure to strike a balance between honoring company tradition and history and evolving to stay relevant to current customers and the ever-changing market demands.When it comes to striking that balance, Nancy Richardson, CEO of San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS) has a unique perspective and a particular advantage. Having run the SAS finance and accounting department early in her career and later returned as CEO, Nancy offers both a connection to the company’s past and a path to its future.
A licensed CPA, Nancy began her career at what is now Ernst and Young before joining the SAS team. After she moved on from SAS the first time, she earned her JD-MBA and spent several years serving as both general counsel and CFO in public and private companies before returning to take the helm at the San Antonio shoe company.
We’re thrilled that Nancy will be bringing her diverse experience and perspective to ACG’s April 30 luncheon in San Antonio. Attendees will take away valuable insights for growing their businesses in today’s landscape—facing and embracing any number of challenges from digital transformation to offshore outsourcing—without losing sight of their history and values.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5pm, April 29th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on April 29th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
