Jennifer Vergilii is a Partner and Co-Chair of Calfee’s Corporate and Capital Markets practice group. She counsels public and privately held clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of general corporate and business matters, including corporate governance and all forms of commercial contracts.
Mark Belgya has been an internal auditor, controller and treasurer during his 28-year career at The J.M. Smucker Company. Mr. Belgya is recognized as a leader in the financial community. He has served on the finance and audit committee for GS1, an international nonprofit association, and is a member of the Grocery Manufacturers Association's CFO group.
Al Mistysyn has held a variety of operational and corporate finance leadership positions since joining Sherwin-Williams in June 1990. Additionally, Mistysyn served in various roles in the Paint Stores Group and Product Finishes Division. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
Ms. Suever joined Parker in 1987 as the Assistant Manager of External Reporting and was promoted upwards through different departments. She became Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2010. Ms. Suever is a Certified Public Accountant. She serves on the Board of Trustees and the Community Engagement Committee for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Ohio Buckeye Chapter. She is also a member of the Financial Council of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity & Innovation (MAPI), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and Financial Executives International (FEI).
