How do small businesses adapt to a once-in-a century event? This is a question that has been at the forefront of our minds and the minds of our clients for the past four months.  Young ACG and ACG Columbus have joined forces to bring together three local business leaders who have diversified their companies to not only survive these challenging times, but to thrive. Claire Claire Coder, Founder and CEO of Aunt Flow,  Greg Lehman, Founder and CEO of Watershed Distillery, and Steve Werman, CFO of Homage have produced and brought new products to market, while putting the safety and well-being of their employees as the highest priority.

We’ll discuss how they have navigated these challenging times and setup their resilient businesses to handle adversity. We will learn how they are planning for the ever-changing landscape of the Covid-19 pandemic and what adjustments they have made as business leaders to keep their companies thriving.
