Overview

Body
8th Annual Joint Event with XPX CT:
A Business Exit:  From the Owner’s Perspective
As professionals engaged in the various aspects of the business exit process, we are experts in our respective specialties and work hard to engage with owners to ensure a successful deal close.  Imagine how much more productive the process, and better the outcome could be if we understood the experience from the owner’s perspective and could learn from their insights and advice.

·What did the owner find most valuable during the process?
·What do we need to understand about the owner’s thinking to remove the barriers to starting a process? To keeping a deal on track?
·What do advisors do that unwittingly put a transaction at risk?
Join us as we hear directly from owners about their exit experiences, how they selected their advisors, their complements, their frustrations, and their best advice to us.
