Mani is a Director in our Strategy & Transactions practice focusing on due diligence for corporate and private equity companies. He has over 14 years of M&A experience in both corporate development and advisory roles. He has advised on strategy, diligence, negotiation of purchase and transition agreements, analysis of closing balance sheets and related purchase price adjustments. Mani’s primary industry focus is healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare IT. Prior to joining Grant Thornton’s Strategy & Transactions practice, Mani was at other large accounting firms and at GE Healthcare and other medical devices companies.  Mani received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Jonathan Herrmann is a Vice President in the Raymond James Healthcare Investment Banking group with a focus on medical technology.  Mr. Herrmann has a decade of investment banking experience at Raymond James and has completed over 55 M&A and capital raising transactions for private and public companies.  Mr. Herrmann received his AB in Economics from Harvard College

Kola Otitoju is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Repligen. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Repligen growth strategy including partnerships, licensing, investments and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Otitoju has a wealth of experience in strategic planning and execution having led multiple transactions in excess of $100 billion through his tenures in Investment Banking M&A at Credit Suisse and Banc of America Securities, large publicly traded corporations including Baxter and GE Healthcare, and private equity-backed companies like Candela Medical with Apax Partners. Mr. Otitoju has Masters Degrees in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
