Eric has devoted his career to our profession and he brings over 27 years of experience. His client base is comprised of an array of industries. Eric provides expertise in tax consulting and planning, tax compliance, evaluation and financial modeling of possible business ventures, and financial statement reviews.  Eric is a native of Denver and a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor degree in Finance and Real Estate and holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver. Eric is also an active member on committees at the Colorado Society of CPA's. He is the current Treasurer of the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Richard "Rich" Wham is responsible for overseeing operations of Bow River Capital and its funds to facilitate the strategic expansion of the firm. He maintains a platform-wide perspective and represents a “C-level” point of contact for all investors. Rich also serves as an officer for the Bow River Capital Evergreen Fund and a member of its investment committee.  Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Rich spent 13 years at Denver-based Westfield Company where he led the capitalization of numerous real estate investments exceeding $1 billion in total value.  Rich earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado.

Matt is a Senior Vice President in the Tax Insurance Practice at CAC Specialty.  Matt specializes in providing multinational corporations unparalleled insurance solutions for complicated tax risks. He is excited to bring his law firm and in-house corporate tax experience to contribute to the expansion and recognition of the use of tax insurance in the market.  Prior to joining CAC, Matt was Senior Tax Counsel for Chevron Corporation, where he provided sophisticated tax planning for Chevron’s global organization. He held various positions of increasing responsibility, including tax planning for global manufacturing and refining, global lubricants, marine lubricants, and technology marketing.

Don’s clients are involved in a range of industries, including food, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and technology. Don also regularly advises clients that operate in the energy sector such as private equity funds, master limited partnerships, and corporations.
