Greg Bennett: President/CEO - The Growth Coach DenverTech

Greg has been a professional coach, trainer, writer, and keynote speaker since 1987. He has coached and trained hundreds of organizations and thousands of business owners, managers, and salespeople. His clients have included Fortune 500 clients, such as: Disney, T-Mobile and Starbucks. Greg has also worked with over 200 professional sports teams and leagues. Likewise, he has coached dozens of small, medium and large professional services organizations, including his biggest consulting firm client, Point B. In addition to his coaching pursuits, Greg has authored 5 books - opining on such topics as Sales, Management, Sales Psychology, and General Motivation.

Sarah Carr: Leadership Coach and Culture Consultant, Culture Counts

Sarah is a Leadership Coach and Culture Consultant for Culture Counts, bringing more than 20 years of experience coaching and facilitating executives in the areas of leadership, presentation skills, communications and sales. She has worked with Fortune 1000 companies in the U.S., Europe and Africa, including Prudential Insurance, MetLife, Con Edison, American Stock Exchange, JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. Before going into private practice, Sarah was Vice President of Training & Development for Prudential Securities and Smith Barney Shearson. She also has worked in training at Citibank, and began her career in media sales in New York City. 

Kendall Coleman: Co-Founder and CEO, Total Coaching Systems

Kendall is the Co-Founder and CEO of Total Coaching Systems, the highly respected woman owned national provider of executive coaching, elite business presentation coaching, and media preparedness training. She builds many companies person by person instead of being one person building one company. Instead of focusing on a specific industry and their deliverables, Total Coaching Systems is the tide that raises all boats by advancing communication practices in all areas. Colorado is Kendall’s company: from emerging politicians, non-profits, education systems and corporations, Kendall’s contribution to Colorado’s growth and beyond must be measured in the breadth and depth of her impact across the city and state as opposed to her individual clients, revenue or programs. 

Alecia Huck: Founder, MAVERICK & Company 

“I am out to have people win.”  Alecia Huck founded MAVERICK & Company in 2004.  She specializes in helping leadership teams of fast-growing companies learn how to scale without “going corporate.” With expertise in both human behavior and process science, Alecia helps teams build the management skills and systems they need to handle growth without sacrificing the things that make them special.  Alecia has worked in almost every major industry from manufacturing to professional service, construction to education, retail to criminal justice.  She is known for being deeply insightful about how people and organizations work and is great at championing teams through the hard work of change.  Her approach to leadership is practical and pragmatic, focused on the block and tackle of how to get great work done rather than the philosophy.

Jenifer Madson: CEO, Impact First, LLC

Jenifer is the founder of Mindful Leaders Academy, where high-performing executives and entrepreneurs master the mindset, behaviors, and skills for life-changing leadership. Her presence speaks volumes about her passion for mindful behavior and communication in the workplace, where her 5-Step Mindfulness Method has been taught to thousands of professionals for greater clarity, insight, and reflective action. She has served directors, partners, and C-suite executives of companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Societe Generale, the Brooklyn Nets/Islanders/Barclays Center, Forest City Ratner, Morgan Stanley and more, helping them discover and cultivate their innate genius, expertise, and values for the benefit of those they serve, themselves included. Jenifer is the author of Head to Heart: Mindfulness Moments for Every Day (Red Wheel/Weiser 2014), and is a Certified Professional Coach (2004). She has been featured in national magazines such as Shape and The Nest, and appeared on national radio and television shows, including the Jean Chatzky show on XM/Sirius, and NBC news affiliates across the country.

Whitney Walpole: Founder and President - Culture Counts

Whitney is the Founder and President of Culture Counts. She has been a trusted partner and leadership coach to hundreds of business owners and executive teams over the past 18 years. In 2001, she founded Culture Counts. Recently, she published her first book, The Sweet Spot: Leveraging Your Talents for Leadership and Life. In addition to coaching and writing, Whitney co-founded a private school and a software company. Whitney walks and talks leadership in extraordinary ways. There’s almost nothing she teaches that Whitney hasn’t experienced or isn’t currently applying in her own life and business. Her presence and authenticity, as well as her passion for building great teams and businesses, evokes a quality of engagement and vulnerability with clients that is rare. Often clients will say that working with Whitney isn’t what they expected – it’s so much more.
