Megan Bissell: Chief Content Architect and Researcher, The Packard Group

I am a sociologist and scholar, specializing in organizations from a macro to a micro level. My niche is turning abstract ideas into concrete action and application. My approach to organizational change and design combines my background in administration and research with practice in the behavioral sciences.
My experiences from a myriad of industries enables me to have a diverse and wide-range view when problem solving and customizing solutions.

In addition to managing the operations and projects at the Social Research Lab, I work with Dr. Josh Packard at The Packard Group to create and establish lasting change by helping organizations to think and employ different types of strategy, shift culture and build better teams. We also host The Bias Disruption podcast, taking an unconventional approach to show the hidden forces that drive organizational success.
