Rich is responsible for business development and investment sourcing activities, including outreach to deal professionals such as business brokers, investment banks, attorneys, accountants and consultants with particular focus on sourcing Flex Fund opportunities.
Rich has eight years of originating, structuring and executing debt facilities for middle market companies. Prior to joining Huron Capital, Rich was a middle market lender at 5/3rd Bank managing a portfolio of companies with annual revenues from $20MM to $1Billion. His responsibilities included originating credit for M&A transactions, M&E purchases, dividend/balance sheet recapitalizations and working capital needs. Additional responsibilities encompassed presenting investment banking, capital market, institutional investment, wealth management and treasury management solutions to his portfolio while also developing new client relationships.

Dustin Hill [Moderator]
Dustin is a Director at FINNEA Group and has substantial business and financial strategy, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions experience. His transaction background is comprised of sell-side M&A advisory transactions, buy-side M&A advisory transactions, and debt and equity capital raise advisory. Prior to joining FINNEA Group, Dustin spent several years with Ernst & Young where he worked in the Financial Advisory group, advising his clients on business and financial strategy through rapid assessments, bench-marking, and business optimization. He has experience across a range of industries including manufacturing, automation, healthcare, energy, technology, industrial products, and business services.
Dustin received his MBA from The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his BSBA with a double major in Finance and Real Estate Development from Central Michigan University. Dustin is also a registered representative of StillPoint Capital and holds the SIE and Series 79 licenses.
Nevra Kreger, CPA
Nevra Kreger serves middle-market private equity-owned organizations throughout the life cycle of the platform company’s investment. She creates value for clients by going beyond compliance to provide tangible recommendations that improve their business and minimize risk. Her expertise includes due diligence, opening balance sheet valuation, purchase price allocation matters, stock options, and other equity-based compensation. She is a member of her Firm’s private equity group leadership team and leads the Firm’s professional services vertical.

Nevra has spoken at regional and national conferences regarding the new revenue recognition rules and post-acquisition accounting considerations. She belongs to the AICPA, the MICPA, and the ACG Detroit chapter. She earned her B.A. in finance and her M.S. in accounting from Michigan State University.
Steven R. Pacynski is a Senior Attorney in Clark Hill’s Detroit office where he practices in the Corporate practice group. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, general business and commercial matters, and tax-exempt organizations. Steve regularly assists clients in connection with formation, merger, acquisition, and dissolution of foreign and domestic corporations and limited liability companies. He routinely provides counseling on company operations, compliance and management, and equity and asset deals.
Steve frequently advises business and nonprofit clients in all forms and stages of contractual matters (including M&A transactions), from negotiation and drafting through execution and implementation. He is experienced in addressing issues relating to confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation, and other matters.
He acts as outside general counsel for clients, assisting senior management with strategic planning, transactional needs, and other business matters.
