Due diligence is a critical component of an M&A process, is often performed on a rapid basis, and demands significant time and resources from all individuals associated with the deal. Whether an individual is the business owner, management team member, advisor, service provider, investor, or otherwise, due diligence often comes at a time when a majority of the team has already experienced significant fatigue from the time and effort expended marketing the business. This high pressure due diligence period can make or break a deal if not managed proactively and effectively. Join our panel as we discuss best practices and experiences to ensure that your M&A process wraps up on a high note and gets you or your client to a successful outcome.
