Overview
InterGrowth scheduled to take place from April 26 through April 28 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel has been canceled.
This action is unavoidable and necessary in order for ACG to protect its patrons, sponsors and members of the general public.
ACG did weigh virtual options but found no path that could replace the value attendees place on face-to-face and one-on-one business meetings via ACG DealSource® or in the InterGrowth Lounge, the opportunity to meet with hundreds of private equity firms through ACG Capital Connection®, the chance to mingle at large networking events that reacquaint old friends and make new ones.
Every facet of InterGrowth makes it the three-day experience that hundreds of thousands of middle market M&A dealmakers have relied on for 50 years.
Current gathering restrictions and the risk to public health because of COVID-19 prevent ACG from delivering an InterGrowth experience commensurate with your expectations. Additionally, the diverse draw from nearly every state in the nation, dozens of cities in Canada and several more continents increase the risk of InterGrowth becoming a superspreader event of COVID-19.
ACG looks forward to offering large scale business development events when the vaccine is widely distributed, and national and international health officials consider them safe.
