Important Information for your 2023 Florida ACG Capital Connection® Exhibit Table -
We will be setting up the Exhibit Hall in Tampa Bay Salons 5-9 on Wednesday evening, 11/1, beginning at 6:00 pm. You should be able to set-up your tables on Thursday, 11/2 beginning at 7:00 am and begin hosting meetings at approximately 8:00 am on Thursday, 11/2. Tear-down will be Friday, 11/3 by 3:00 pm. This gives you the opportunity to host as many meetings as you would like, with other exhibitors and general attendees, via the ACG Scheduling Software or outside of the software.
One of the highlights exhibitors and general attendees is the ACG Florida Capital Connection/Wine Tasting from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Thursday, 11/2. After a long day of pre-scheduled meetings, this is a great opportunity for YOU to meet and network with those you don’t have pre-scheduled meetings set up with, ALL while enjoying cocktails and appetizers and pouring wine, provided by ACG Florida. Please plan to be at your table during this time.
Each exhibiting firm will be provided with a 6’ x 30” skirted table (for logoed tablecloths, collateral, gadgets, premium items, raffle items etc.) IBs have a small round table with chairs behind your skirted table. IB & PE Layout and Table Numbers
Signage with your company name will be provided by ACG Florida above your table (see photos).
Items for your exhibit table should be sent to JW Marriott Tampa Water Street for arrival no earlier than Tuesday, October 24th and no later than Friday, October 27th. OR you can bring with you. The following information must be included on all packages to ensure proper delivery: UPS Shipping and Handling

Packages shipped out may be assessed a handling fee per box, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
