Pricing for 2018 Florida ACG Capital Connection, Nov 12-14, 2018

General Attendees (through 9/21/18) - ACG Members - $395; Non-Members - $495; Young Chapter Members - $295

Choose Private Equity/Cap Con Exhibitor as "registrant type

  • Provider of equity or mezzanine capital who are directly involved in the purchase of equity or junior equity of corporations for their own account, with their own funds as their primary mandate
  • Corporation or strategic acquirers who acquire companies for their own account
  • Fundless sponsor who purchases operating companies using third party resources, have at least one operating portfolio company and who exert similar controls to those exercised by a committed capital private equity fund

Investment Banker Exhibitors - (TWO registrants is recommended); $695 (2 attendees); $395 (1 attendee); Additional attendees from IB Exhibitor company - $250

All exhibitors (PEG & IB) receive the following:

  • Receive a dedicated 6’ meeting table (Tuesday, 11/13 at 2:30 pm through Wednesday, 11/14 at 3:30 pm) to schedule dozens of brief meetings all in one location – makes it easy to find you
  • “Exhibit” during the Capital Connection/All-invited Welcome Reception & Wine Tasting from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, 11/13 to general attendees/non-exhibitors, which include private equity firms, commercial and investment banks, growth-oriented companies, accounting and law firms, and other professionals all focused on dealmaking).  This is a great opportunity to network with those you don’t have scheduled meetings set up with, ACG Florida to provide the wine at your table.
  • Brand Awareness - exhibiting firms will be provided with a 6’ x 30” skirted table and are encouraged to bring logoed table cloths, company collateral, gadgets, premium items, raffle items, and PLENTY of business cards.  Signage with your company name will be provided by ACG Florida.  You may also bring a pop-up banner to be set up by your table.
  • Exclusive access to software for scheduling meetings – Exhibiting IBs will have exclusive access to Presdo software for scheduling DealSource meetings with exhibiting PEGs. Request meetings in advance and veto meeting requests, all through our software.
  • Flexibility to set your own meetings, in addition to Presdo software scheduled meetings, with early access to the conference registration list with contact information.

 

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are acceptable in advance and at the door. For a refund of general attendee/exhibitor fees, cancellations must be received in writing via email by 9 PM EST on Friday, October 26, 2018 (email acgflorida@acg.org). Cancellations eligible for a refund are subject to a $50 processing fee.  After October 26th, substitutions only, please.
