General Manager of Transaction Management

As General Manager of Transaction Management at Litera, Haley Altman is responsible for leading the transaction management effort as part of the company’s revenue team. She uses her extensive experience as an entrepreneur and former lawyer to understand the technology, processes and workflows required to help customers successfully complete transactions with less stress and risk, while maximizing client satisfaction.

Prior to the company’s acquisition by Litera, Haley was founder and CEO of Doxly. She has over a decade of experience working on complicated transactions in the corporate, private equity, and venture capital verticals. Her practice has extended from the Midwest at Ice Miller to the West Coast at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Haley previously served as a member of the finance committee and co-led the venture capital vertical at Ice Miller. She holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and obtained a BA, Chemistry and Political Science while a science research fellow focusing on cancer research at DePauw University in Indiana.

Cory is part of CID’s investment team, working on new investment opportunities and supporting our existing partner organizations. He is currently on the Board of Seaga Manufacturing, ProSource, Corvette America, BigMouth Inc. and Grandview Gallery. In addition to his transaction and portfolio responsibilities, Cory manages CID’s capital provider relationships.

Cory enjoys staying current with the financing markets and is always available for discussions with lenders across the capital structure spectrum.

Previously, Cory was a member of the Corporate Banking Group at BMO Capital Markets where he partnered with financial sponsors in their efforts to invest in industrial, consumer product and service-oriented businesses.

Cory holds an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a BA from DePauw University.

Pat joined E&A in February 2019 and is the Company's CFO. He provides financial oversight to all of E&A's portfolio companies. In addition, Pat provides overall leadership concerning new acquisitions, capital investments, and resource allocation. 

Prior to joining E&A, Pat held various positions in bot public and private companies. Most recently, Pat served as CFO for iSalus Healthcare, a growing healthcare technology business. While at iSalus, he helped accelerate the company's growth, increasing top line revenue by more than 100%. In December 2018, Pat facilitated the successful sale of iSalus to a private equity backed technology platform company. Prior to iSalus, Pat held various positions at Defender Security Company and Katz, Sapper and Miller. He has worked in a wide array of industries and has more than 10 years of experience providing financial leadership to small to mid-size businesses. 

Pat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University (Indianapolis). He is a licensed CPA in the state of Indiana. Pat currently serves as the Chairman of Board for School on Wheels, a local non-profit committed to ending the cycle of homelessness through education.
