John Poff

John is an Operator on the Operating Team based in Lexington. He joined Middleground from Klaussner Furniture, a portfolio company of Monomoy Capital Partners, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to Klaussner, John worked at Monomoy Capital as an Operating Partner for 10 years. Before joining Monomoy, John enjoyed a 17-year career at Toyota Motor Corporation.
