Our first annual Summer Networking Event will feature various Networking Pods that follow appropriate social distancing protocols and consist of groupings of 6 people or less. Attendees will be directed to a Pod for four 20-minute networking segments, which will include a table surrounded by chairs with proper distancing. Attendance will be limited to 60 attendees.
this outdoor-only event facial coverings will be optional other than for entering the inside of the BCC facility. We would encourage attendees to wear facial coverings when moving from Pod to Pod in this unique meeting format. ACG Maryland will be the only group on-site during our event. Temperatures will be taken upon entering. Hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes will be located at each of the Pods and the registration table. We will ask attendees to sign a BCC and ACG waiver- with more details distributed prior to the event.
