Mari Rivera brings two decades of Finance leadership experience spanning privately held multinational companies and publicly traded Fortune 100 corporations. Currently leading the South Florida expansion for CX, a Connor Group Company, Mari previously spent 10 years at MasTec, Inc., a prominent construction and infrastructure conglomerate based in Miami, FL with operations across the United States.

Before joining MasTec, Mari held key roles at Office Depot for five years and at Parker Hannifin for four years. Her responsibilities included managing Accounting operations, overseeing Technology implementations, and supporting core business functions. She began her career with Grant Thornton, LLP in the Audit group.

Hailing from the University of Puerto Rico, Mari holds a CPA license, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Christina “Christy” Trocino is a Senior Vice President at Marsh, the world’s leading risk advisor and insurance broker. Based in Miami, she advises C-Suite executives across healthcare, life sciences, real estate, construction, digital infrastructure, financial services and digital assets delivering tailored solutions across Directors and Officers, liability, professional liability, property, general liability and casualty lines.

Before joining Marsh, Christy led Insperity’s Miami market as District Manager, building and managing a team while consulting organizations on HR compliance and workforce risk. Prior to that, at Genex Services, she supported Fortune 500 companies and public sector entities with their workers’ compensation and clinical managed care solutions.

A Miami native, Christy is actively engaged in South Florida’s business community through United Way Women United, WEL Florida and CREWMiami.  She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University.
